Program Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern issuance, redemption, use, and/or consumption of Vacation Rewards, Value Cards, Cash Cards and Cash Certificates, Vacation Cash, and Vacation Cash Accounts by each person who has the legal right to redeem or use such ("Redeemer").
  2. The issuance, redemption, use, and/or consumption of Vacation Rewards, Value Cards, Cash Cards and Cash Certificates, Vacation Cash, and Vacation Cash Accounts are administered and managed by International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. ("ICE"), a Delaware corporation doing business as Vacation Rewards, Our Vacation Center, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solutions at Sea, a Nevada corporation, with its principal place of business at 10030 N. 25th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021, who is responsible for the fulfillment of Vacation Rewards benefits.
  3. Redeemer must be 18 years of age or older.
  4. Vacation Rewards membership provides the ability to earn and redeem Vacation Rewards (as identified in the "Earn Options" and "Standard Redemption Options" schedule included within these terms), apply Vacation Rewards as a discount (as identified in the "Redemption Options" schedule included within these terms), and purchase Best Price Guaranteed vacations on Cruise, Resort, and Experiential Vacations. Vacation Rewards members may also purchase discounted Hotel reservations, Auto Rental reservations, and Travel Packages. As an additional service, the ability to book Air travel is also offered.
  5. Vacation Rewards are valid for the partial payment of select Cruise, Resort, and Experiential Vacations (collectively "Redemption Options") only when redeemed through Vacation Rewards and have no separate cash value. Vacation Rewards are surrendered upon redemption and cannot be redeemed a subsequent time. Vacation Rewards redemption options and rates are subject to change.
  6. Vacation Rewards are earned for Cruise, Resort, Experiential Vacation, Travel Protection, Hotel, Air, Auto Rental and Vacation Package purchases at a rate as indicated in the "Earn Options" schedule included within these Terms. Vacation Rewards earn options and rates are subject to change. Earned Vacation Rewards are issued thirty (30) days after final payment is made for the vacation that was purchased to earn Vacation Rewards.
  7. Members can redeem Vacation Rewards at increments of 2,500, 5,000, and 7,500 per reservation for the partial payment of Redemption Options. Vacation Rewards do not equate to exact dollar amounts. Cruise Savings are displayed in dollar amounts per stateroom, are based on double occupancy, valid on select sailing and stateroom categories and are $150, $300 or more, up to $600 per stateroom. Resort and Experiential Vacation savings are displayed in dollar amounts per vacation, regardless of length of stay, valid on select inventory and are $150, $300 or more, up to $600 per vacation. Other restrictions may apply. All Vacation Rewards savings and Redemption Options are not always available on every vacation, sailing and stateroom category. Vacation Rewards members must call 1-800-571-6817 for Vacation Rewards savings for Experiential Vacations if not represented on VacationRewards.com.
  8. Certain upgraded memberships can redeem Vacation Rewards at a possible maximum of 10,000 Vacation Rewards per cruise reservation for savings up to $1,000 per stateroom.
  9. Earned Vacation Rewards, which are issued as a result of a vacation purchase, are valid while the Vacation Rewards membership is active. Earned Vacation Rewards remain active if membership is renewed or upgraded. Bonus Vacation Rewards, which are issued as an activation bonus, are also valid while the Vacation Rewards membership is active including renewals and upgrades.
  10. Vacation Rewards cannot be transferred from the account of origin, whether as a gift or otherwise, and can only be redeemed by the person who earned them. Vacation Rewards can be used for non-member bookings.
  11. Cancellation of any vacation, booked using Vacation Rewards after the vacation is in full penalty, results in the forfeiture of the Vacation Rewards used in making that vacation booking.

  13. To become a Vacation Rewards member applicable membership fees must be paid. If payment plan is elected, membership fees must be paid in full ninety (90) days prior to a vacation travel date.
  14. The membership, and the benefits afforded members, shall be provided to the member for the term of the membership purchased and any renewal thereof, unless terminated by Vacation Rewards for cause under these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Member may renew membership by calling member services at 1-800-571-6817. Renewals will be accepted from those members who are current with all membership dues and are in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
  16. In the event member allows the membership to lapse, a reinstatement fee may be payable to Vacation Rewards before the membership is renewed and member can use any benefits of the membership.
  17. Member may cancel membership by calling Vacation Rewards at 1-800-949-6511 then providing Vacation Rewards written notice of cancellation to Vacation Rewards (attn: Cancellation Coordinator), 10030 North 25th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85021-1660, or by fax to 602-308-1907 within five (5) days of receipt of membership materials. Cancellation requests received more than five (5) days after receipt of materials are not entitled to a refund. Any Vacation Cash Associated with membership will be extinguished upon cancellation.
  18. Any and all claims, complaints, suits, or actions, whether at law or equity and based upon the earning, use, or redemption of Vacation Rewards, shall be filed in the appropriate court in Maricopa County, Arizona.
  19. By activating this Vacation Rewards membership you are authorizing ICE and its affiliates and subsidiaries to market cruise and vacation products and related promotions to you through mail, email, telephone solicitation and automated phone messaging.
  20. At times Vacation Rewards may be applied to military, senior citizen, past guest, and residential rates. These rates are only available via phone by calling Vacation Rewards, are only available on select cruise lines, sailings and stateroom categories. Other restrictions and proof of qualification may apply.
  21. The Best Price Guarantee requires written proof of the availability of the identical Cruise, Resort, or Experiential Vacation purchase at a lower rate within 48 hours of booking. Verifiable proof is required of public availability of lower rate at time of booking and must be for the identical accommodations (including Cruise, ship, sailing date and stateroom category, Resort, resort accommodation, resort destination, and Experiential Vacation), not in violation of any cruise line pricing policy, available and advertised to the general public. Not valid on prices requiring a call-back or on pricing offered in e-mails that are not also advertised on public access web-sites, or otherwise available to the general public. Consolidator, group, charter, incentive, interline, meeting and convention prices are excluded. Our Cruise Price Guarantee is valid for the cruise fare only at the time of booking. The amount by which Vacation Rewards will match/beat a price will vary at the discretion of Vacation Rewards. Member is responsible for any change or cancellation fees. Best Price Guarantee, when applying Vacation Rewards, is valid after discounts are applied to booking. BEST PRICE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO AIR TRAVEL. If you qualify for a military rate, you must request such at time of booking and be able to provide proof at time of booking and boarding.
  22. Value Cards:
    1. Value Card ("Value Card") is valid for the amount indicated on the face of the Value Card only when applied by Vacation Rewards members to the purchase of Cruises, Resorts, and Experiential Vacations offered through Vacation Rewards. Value Card must be applied at time of new booking.
    2. $300 Value Card is converted to 5,000 Vacation Rewards worth $300 off select vacations. Cruise savings are valid on select sailings and stateroom categories and based upon double occupancy, accommodation, destination, availability and the best available cruise price in the market and applying the Vacation Rewards savings for two people. At times, only partial Value Card redemptions may be available. All Vacation Rewards Savings and Redemption Options are not always available on every vacation, sailing and stateroom category. Resort and Experiential Vacation savings are based upon purchase price and applying the Vacation Rewards savings for one accommodation regardless of the number of people. Rates and pricing are subject to availability and may change without notice.
    3. Value Card cannot be used to purchase travel insurance.
    4. For Value Card to be eligible for redemption Value Card must be activated and deposited into the Vacation Rewards account within the Redeemer's Vacation Rewards membership.
    5. Existing Vacation Rewards members must activate their Value Card by selecting the "Add Vacation Rewards" button found in the "My Account" section of their membership on VacationRewards.com using their Value Card activation code and authorization code.
    6. Non-members can activate their Value Card and enroll in Vacation Rewards at VacationRewards.com by entering their activation code and authorization code when creating their Vacation Rewards membership. The applicable Value Card amount will be directly deposited into the Vacation Rewards member's Vacation Rewards account.
    7. Value Card is transferable prior to activation. Once the Value Card is activated and deposited into the member's Vacation Rewards account, the Value Card is non-transferrable from that account. In addition, Value Card can be applied to the purchase of Cruises, Resorts, and Experiential Vacations offered through Vacation Rewards for friends and family.
    8. Value Card is valid while Vacation Rewards membership account is active.
    9. To redeem Value Card for a Cruise, Resort, or Experiential Vacation Vacation Rewards members should call 1-800-571-6817.
    10. Value Card is not redeemable for cash.
    11. In the event cancellation of a booked vacation and/or cruise becomes necessary, Redeemer must submit the cancellation in writing to OVC at 10030 North 25th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85021-1660 (Attn: Customer Service), or by fax number 602-896-4747, or by phone to 1 (800) 571-6817 and it must be received by International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. in conformance with vacation provider and/or cruise line terms and conditions and cancellation policies and procedures. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $50.00 and any vacation provider and/or cruise line cancellation fees. Cancellation of any vacation, booked using Vacation Rewards, after the vacation is in full penalty results in the forfeiture of the Vacation Rewards used in making that vacation booking. No Value Card refund will be issued.
    12. Lost or stolen Value Cards will not be replaced.
    13. By activating this Value Card you are authorizing ICE and its affiliates and subsidiaries to market cruise and vacation products and related promotions to you through mail, email, telephone solicitation and automated phone messaging.
  23. Cash Cards and Cash Certificates ("Cash Certificate"):
    1. Cash Certificate is valid for the amount indicated on the face of the Cash Certificate only when applied by Vacation Rewards members to the purchase of Cruises and Experiential Vacations offered through Vacation Rewards. Cash Certificate must be applied at time of new booking.
    2. Cash Certificate cannot be used to purchase travel insurance.
    3. For Cash Certificate to be eligible for redemption Cash Certificate must be activated and deposited into the Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account within the Redeemer's Vacation Rewards membership.
    4. Existing Vacation Rewards members must activate their Cash Certificate by selecting the "Add Vacation Cash" button found in the "My Account" section of their membership at VacationRewards.com using their Cash Certificate activation code and authorization code.
    5. Non-members can activate their Cash Certificate and enroll in Vacation Rewards at VacationRewards.com by entering their activation code and authorization code when creating their Vacation Rewards membership. The applicable Cash Certificate amount will be directly deposited into the Vacation Rewards member's Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account.
    6. Cash Certificate is transferable prior to activation. Once the Cash Certificate is activated and deposited into the member's Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account, the Cash Certificate is non-transferrable from that account. In addition, Vacation Cash can be applied to the purchase of Cruises and Experiential Vacations offered through Vacation Rewards for friends and family.
    7. Cash Certificate is non-refundable after activation or 10 days after purchase, which ever occurs first.
    8. Cash Certificate must be deposited into the Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account within twelve (12) months from issue date.
    9. To redeem Cash Certificate or apply Vacation Cash to a Cruise or Experiential Vacation Vacation Rewards members should call 1-800-571-6817.
    10. Cash Certificate is not redeemable for cash.
    11. In the event cancellation of a booked vacation and/or cruise becomes necessary, Redeemer must submit the cancellation in writing to OVC at 10030 North 25th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85021-1660 (Attn: Customer Service), or by fax number 602-896-4747, or by phone 1 (800) 571-6817 and it must be received by International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. in conformance with vacation provider and/or cruise line terms and conditions and cancellation policies and procedures. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $50.00 and any vacation provider and/or cruise line cancellation fees.
    12. If cancellation of a vacation booked using Cash Certificate occurs within penalty, Vacation Cash will be the last funds applied against the penalty. If any portion of Vacation Cash remains after penalty it will then be refunded directly into the Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account.
    13. Lost or stolen Cash Certificates will not be replaced.
    14. By purchasing or activating this Cash Certificate you are authorizing ICE and its affiliates and subsidiaries to market cruise and vacation products and related promotions to you through mail, email, telephone solicitation and automated phone messaging.
  24. Vacation Cash Account:
    1. Vacation Cash is valued and available as indicated on the Vacation Rewards website inside the Vacation Cash section within the membership of Redeemer. Vacation Cash can only be applied by Vacation Rewards Redeemer to the purchase of Cruises and Experiential Vacations offered through Vacation Rewards and other restrictions may apply. Vacation Cash cannot be used to purchase travel insurance. Vacation Cash is not transferrable but can be applied by the Redeemer to the purchase of Cruises and Experiential Vacations offered through Vacation Rewards for non-members and additional fees may apply.
    2. Vacation Cash must be applied at time of new booking. Vacation Cash can be combined with Vacation Rewards.
    3. Vacation Cash expires on the Redeemer's Vacation Rewards membership expiration date associated with the issuance of this Vacation Cash regardless of renewal date. Vacation Cash must be applied to new bookings prior to this expiration date. . Bonus Vacation Cash expires one year from issuance date or on the current membership expiration date depending on which occurs first regardless of renewal date.
    4. If cancellation of a vacation booked using Vacation Cash occurs within penalty Vacation Cash will be the last funds applied against penalty. If any portion of Vacation Cash remains after penalty it will then be refunded directly into the Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account. If for any reason Vacation Cash is applied to a booking after booking has been made and a cancellation of the booking becomes necessary, Vacation Cash will be refunded to the Vacation Rewards Vacation Cash account only after all applicable vacation provider and/or cruise line penalties have been paid by the member.
    5. To apply Vacation Cash to a Cruise or Experiential Vacation Vacation Rewards members should call 1-800-571-6817.
    6. Vacation Cash is only available while the Vacation Rewards membership is active. If membership lapses into an expired status, all Vacation Cash funds will be absorbed by Vacation Rewards and be no longer available to Vacation Rewards member.
    7. Vacation Cash is not redeemable or refundable upon the cancellation of a vacation for cash.
    8. In the event cancellation of a booked vacation and/or cruise becomes necessary, Redeemer must submit the cancellation in writing to OVC at 10030 North 25th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85021-1660 (Attn: Customer Service), or by fax number 602-896-4747, or by phone 1 (800) 571-6817 and it must be received by International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. in conformance with vacation provider and/or cruise line terms and conditions and cancellation policies and procedures. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $50.00 and any vacation provider and/or cruise line cancellation fees.
    9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Arizona law. All complaints must be filed in the court of proper jurisdiction in the state of Arizona, county of Maricopa.
    10. By accepting this Vacation Cash you are authorizing ICE and its affiliates and subsidiaries to market cruise and vacation products and related promotions to you through mail, email, telephone solicitation and automated phone messaging.
  25. General Terms
    1. Vacation Rewards, Value Cards, Cash Cards and Cash Certificates, Vacation Cash, and Vacation Cash Accounts are trademarks of ICE.

    2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Arizona law. All complaints must be filed in the court of proper jurisdiction in the state of Arizona, county of Maricopa. ICE reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the Vacation Rewards program in its ole discretion.
    3. You can swap from Points.com partners into Vacation Rewards. You cannot swap from Vacation Rewards to Points.com points. Points swaps from Points.com are governed by all Points.com terms and conditions. Vacation Rewards members must call Vacation Rewards member services for assistance.
