Booking / Ticket Confirmation Information for GOVERNMENT VACATION REWARDS is fulfilled by Our Vacation Center Verify All Information -- Please verify the accuracy of all information contained on the travel documents. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the accuracy of information supplied. As the addressee, you are the only recipient of this receipt, and it is your responsibility to inform all other parties either listed or traveling on the cruise about these Terms & Conditions. Multiple receipts will not be issued. To avoid errors, it is suggested that passenger's names and ages be matched and double-checked against the traveler's passport/driver's license information at the time of booking. In the event of a name change, fees may apply. Review ship, sailing dates, and itinerary on this receipt with the cruise lines' current brochure for accuracy. Notify GOVERNMENT VACATION REWARDS Customer Service at 1.866.871.9181 immediately if any changes or corrections are needed.

Travel Documents and Passenger's Legal Names -- Passenger names must reflect complete legal names as they appear on proof of citizenship. Those on honeymoon cruises should consider the fact that their travel documents (proof of citizenship) will be in maiden names and cruise documents must match. Please consult the Department of State for proper document requirements. You are responsible for obtaining all travel documents as well as compliance with Customs and Immigration requirements. You will be required to comply with all security measures imposed by governments, which may change from time to time. We will endeavor to provide you with notice of measures, which may affect you, but complying with any such requirements is your responsibility. Passengers without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel, and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any passenger failing to bring such documentation.

Fulfillment Services -- Cruise purchases are administered by OVC. Correspondence, including tickets, e-tickets and confirmations, will originate from this entity. Credit/debit card purchases may also result in a charge to purchaser’s credit/debit card from this entity for both the deposit and subsequent payments.

Ticket Documents -- All passengers are advised at time of booking how cruise line documents, if any, will arrive. If you need special services for ticket handling please contact us as soon as possible. When available, e-tickets will be issued. When e-tickets are not available purchaser may request paper tickets if available. When you receive your tickets and any and all documents relating to your cruise vacation, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger named on the reverse side to review the ticket contract or ticket terms and verify all information. Notify Customer Service immediately if changes or corrections are required. All aspects of your cruise and any cruise line changes shall be governed by the cruise line ticket contract or ticket terms.

Cancellation -- Cancellations can be made in writing to OVC at 10030 North 25th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85021-1660 (Attn: Customer Service), or by fax number 602-896-4747, or by phone 1.866.871.9181. All cancellations are subject to any vacation supplier cancellation fees and cruise line penalties. Cancellation penalties will also apply as set forth by the individual cruise lines and may include contract, promotional or non-refundable penalties (cruise line brochures may be requested through the Customer Service Call Center). Be advised that OVC has forwarded your payment for your cruise to the cruise line. If for any reason you should cancel your cruise, your refund (less applicable penalties) will be returned to you by OVC only when we have received a refund from the supplier. This refund may take up to six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the cancellation date. On group bookings, the refund may be issued up to sixty (60) days after the sailing date. Cancellation will be effective as of the date of receipt of the request. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure receipt of cancellation request. The deposit made to OVC directly is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless, at the time of such cancellation, you book another cruise in which case the deposit will then be applied to such new cruise. The ability to apply the deposit to a new cruise in accordance with the prior sentence is only available one time and all subsequent cancellations related to that booking will result in the deposit made to OVC directly being forfeited. The deposit varies from cruise to cruise as a function of date, itinerary, cruise line, and cabin type and will be identified when you book your cruise.

Modification of Terms -- All fares (including taxes, service charges, port charges, and government fees), itineraries, availability, promotions and special offers considered correct at the time of input into the system, but are subject to change and/or alteration at anytime prior to booking confirmation by the cruise line or other supplier. In addition, all cruise lines and other suppliers retain certain rights to increase fares (including taxes, service charges, fuel surcharges, port charges, and government fees), modify itineraries, change availability, and change and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at anytime for any reason. Any increase in price imposed by the cruise line will be passed on to the purchaser and the purchaser agrees to such increase. OVC retains the right to correct data entry and/or printing errors.

Liability Limits -- All travel and/or cruise documents are issued subject to the terms, conditions and policies specified by the cruise line & ship operator. OVC acts as an agent for the actual suppliers of services sold. OVC shall not be held liable for, and purchaser waives any claim against OVC for any loss or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission of any cruise line, transportation company, sightseeing company, lodging property, agency or any persons rendering any of the services provided. In no event shall OVC be liable for consequential damages. OVC will not be liable for, and purchaser hereby waives any claim against OVC for, any failure of performance by any cruise line, transportation company, sightseeing company, lodging property, agency or any party providing services purchased through OVC.

Air/Sea Transportation Restrictions -- OVC assumes no responsibility for travel to and from your port of embarkation. If you encounter delays and miss the ship, you assume all responsibility for, but not limited to, loss of time, money or property. OVC accepts no responsibility for arranging seat assignments, flight schedule changes, missed connections or problems that may result in the traveler missing the cruise.

Payment -- All fees and charges are payable in U.S. Dollars. Although we accept Debit Cards for payment of your vacation, please be aware that your financial institution may place daily limits on your debit card regardless of the balance available. Often times final payment transactions exceed those limits, and may result in declined debit card status. In the event that your credit and/or debit card(s) are declined for any reason, fare is subject to change until OVC receives a valid form of payment. OVC will make reasonable attempts to notify you. If this happens, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to assume any increase in cost to reinstate the booking. We reserve the right (without refund or credit) to cancel your confirmed cruise Reservation Confirmation or otherwise deny any member whose payment for any charges required to be paid is rejected by your financial institution. You will be responsible for any cruise line penalties assessed due to a payment being rejected by the financial institution.

Military Rates -- It is important that at least one guest per stateroom is eligible for the military rate offered by the cruise line and GOVERNMENT VACATION REWARDS. If at least one guest does not meet the minimum qualifications to be eligible for the military rate, the guest may be required to pay the fare difference and/or may be denied boarding on sailing date. To ensure qualifications are met, please read the following. All guests traveling in the same stateroom are eligible to receive the military rate. No additional staterooms, other than the one that is occupied by the military person is eligible for the military rate. Spouses, parents, in-laws, children or other family members or friends are not eligible for the military rate without the eligible military person occupying the stateroom.

Travel Insurance is Strongly Recommended -- It is extremely important that you consider the purchase of Travel Insurance. This insurance may cover you for involuntary cancellation of your trip including airfare(s). Travel Insurance provides protection for the traveler in the event the trip is cancelled due to certain circumstances (for specific inclusions/exclusions, please contact the Customer Service Department). Travel Insurance also protects in the event of most medical emergencies, and in some instances, pre-existing conditions. Some other benefits may include legal assistance, emergency medical evacuation, and travel document and ticket replacement assistance. By not purchasing Travel Insurance, you are liable for any cancellation penalties and out of pocket expenses incurred and are responsible for your own provisions in the event of an emergency while traveling.

Best Price Guarantee - Best Price Guarantee is only applicable on cruises, resorts and tours. Hotels, Car Rentals and Airfare are not applicable. Best Price Guarantee is valid up to 48 hours after bookings. Verifiable proof is required of public availability of lower rate at time of booking and must be for identical cruise, tour or resort; cabin, type of room booked, and not be in any violation of vendor pricing policy. Valid on any price advertised and offered to the general public. Not valid on prices requiring a callback or on public pricing offered in e-mails that are not advertised on public accessible websites or otherwise available to the general public. Group, charter, incentive, meeting, convention or interline rates are excluded. If you qualify for the military rate, you must request such at time of booking. If you find a lower rate than the one originally booked within 48 hours, we will match that rate. Purchaser will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
